We ordered a 2022 F-450 King Ranch in Sept 2021, and made plans to use it by its estimated delivery date in the Spring. The delivery dates kept slipping, and as we tried to accommodate the changes in plans, we were on the phone to our sales guy, Steve Hunsaker, several times a week. He did everything he could to locate truck, update delivery dates and returned our calls, even while on vacation. Oh, and juggling 300 other customers with the same demands! By the way, the delay was due to the chip that no one could get their hands on, but fortunately the supply chain issue eventually settled down - the delay was certainly not on Ford. We finally received the truck (the slipped dates didn't impact too many plans) - the truck is beautiful, and he spent an hour going over all the features with us, since it's just slightly less cutting-edge than a fighter jet cockpit. After sales, we found that my son and I were the registered owners, a shock to my husband that actually bought it. Son appreciated the limited-time ownership while Steve quietly worked with the state Department of Licensing to get that fixed. Bowen-Scarff, Steve is a brilliant representative of your commercial truck sales unit - enormously helpful, and we'd strongly recommend him to anyone based on our experience.
